FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, JUDGMENT AND DECREE OF THE
WATER COURT

IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE
COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE
PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF COLORADO,

IN NORTH TURKEY CREEK, A NATURAL STREAM,

IN THE WATERSHED OF THE SOUTH PLATTE RIVER,

IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, COLORADO.

The above captioned Application was filed on December 27, 1994, and was referred to
the Water Referee for Water Division No.1, in accordance with C.R.S. 99 37-92-101, et seq. On
May 5, 1995, the Division Engineer submitted a Summary of Consultation. On January 31,
2000, the Court entered an Order of Re-refcrra1 in this matter.
