The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on November 3, 1994, by action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board under the provision of C.R.S. SS 37-92-102(3), 37-92-103(3),(4),(10). F. Amount of water claimed (ABSOLUTE): Instream flow oD.OO c.f.s. (April I - July 15); 0.75 c.f.s. (July 16 - March 31). THE COURT HEREBY DECREES: Based upon and fully incorporating herein the findings off act set forth above, this Court concludes and decrees the following: The proposed application is authorized by the Water Right Determination and Administration Act of 1969, C.R.S. S S 37-92-101, et seq. (1999) and can be implemented in accordance with said statute. The application is granted and a decree (ABSOLUTE) in the amount oD.OO c.f.s. (April 1 - July 15); 0.75 c.f.s. (July 16 - March 31) is hereby entered to preserve the natural environ- ment to a reasonable degree through the upstream and downstream points as described in paragraph 4 above. The appropriation date for this water right is November 3, 1994. The priority herein awarded was filed in the water court in the year of 1994 and shall be junior to all priorities filed in previous years. As between all rights filed in the same calendar year, priorities shall be determined by historical date of appropriation and not affected by the date of entry of ruling. The Applicant shall install and maintain such measuring devices and keep such records as the Division Engineer may require for administration of this right. Dated this day of ,2000. 3
