The source of the water is: <br /> <br />North Turkey Creek, tributary to the South Platte River. <br /> <br />B. <br />claimed. <br /> <br />Legal description of the stream segment through which an instreant flow is <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the confluence of an unnamed <br />tributary in the SW/4 SE/4, Sec. 25~ T5S, R71W~ 6th P.M. as the <br />upstream tenninus and extending to the confluence of South <br />Turkey Creek at latitude 39035'42"N and longitude 1050 Q'll "W <br />as the downstream tenninus, being a distance of approximately 4.6 <br />miles.
