On May 13, 1999, the Division Engineer submitted a Summary of <br />Consultation and the Court has given it due consideration. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />The name of the stream involved: Graneros Creek (instream flow). <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The source of the water is: Graneros Creek. tributary to the St Charles River. <br /> <br />9. <br />claimed. <br /> <br />Legal description of the stream segment through which an instream flow is <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity of latitude 370 53' 29" N and <br />longitude 1050 01' 22" W as the upstream terminus and extending to Evergreen Ditch in <br />the SE NW, Sl, 125S, R68W, fll' PM as the downstream terminus, being a distance of <br />approximately 5.4 miles. This segment can be located on the San Isabel and Rye <br />U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />For the stream segments in an unsurveyed area, the Division Engineer has determined <br />for administrative purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream <br />flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.8. and/or U.S.F.S. mapping is as follows: <br />upstream terminus in the SE NW, S8, 1258, R68W, ~ PM, 3950 feet fr()m the South <br />section line and 2900 feet from the East section line. <br /> <br />2 <br />
