pfi ~ ~~ ~~ <br />Abbreviations - <br />Abbreviation Descri tp ion <br />CWCB Colofado Water Conservation Board <br />CU Consumptive Use <br />SPDSS South Platte Decision Support System <br />SEO State Engineer's Office <br />FY Fiscal Year <br />Basin Definitions - South Platte River Basin -area included in the SEO's Division 1, except <br />for the Republican River drainage. <br />North Platte River Basin -area included in the SEO's Water District 47 in <br />Division 6. <br />Denver Basin Ground Water Model Area -area defined by active cells of <br />. the State's Denver Basin ground water model. <br />South Platte Alluvial Ground Water Model -area defined by the alluvium <br />extending from Chatfield reservoir to the Stateline. <br />SPDSS Study Period -1950 to present. <br />Deliverable Standards -Documents will be provided in MSWord and PDF using the format <br />specified by the State's project manager or designee. All GIS files will .be <br />provided as projects with metadata and final plotting capabilities using the <br />format specified by the State's project manager or designee. <br />Memorandum Submittal Process <br />Technical memoranda will be prepared using a standard SPDSS format to be provided by the <br />State's Project Manager. Draft technical memoranda will be initially submitted to the State in <br />electronic format. The State will have up to 6 weeks to review memoranda and provide <br />comments and questions to the CU contractor. The State's comments will be addressed and both <br />paper copies and an electronic version of the final Memoranda will be submitted. In general, <br />technical memoranda will be included in the final Historic Consumptive Use Report as <br />appendices. The Historic Crop Consumptive Use Report, including appendices, will be delivered <br />to the State on CD at the end on Phase 3. <br />Deliverable Formats <br />All deliverables will be consistent with the DSS design, including use of data structures, formats, <br />an_d standard_ s that are being developed by the Database DSS team ~e.g_all maps will_be provided <br />in ArcView format). All deliverables provided under this Scope of Work will use DSS standards <br />for memoranda, reports, data, GIS, program documentation, etc. <br />Exhibit A-1Page 3 <br />
