Brian Ahrens is lead for working with USGS <br />iii) Requesting data has been a good medium for getting the word out to users regarding <br />SPDSS <br />iv) Memoranda are available on CDSS website for download <br />v) Stream gain/loss studies are coming up <br />VL Leo Eisel, BC -Distribution of SPDSS Information and Open Forum <br />a) Presentation summary (no PowerPoint slides or handouts) <br />i) Review of current efforts for distribution of information, such as newsletter and website, <br />and presentation of ideas for future efforts, such as working with various agencies to <br />take advantage of their existing network and programs <br />(1) Groups included the Water Education Foundation, Poudre Learning Center, <br />Northern Colorado University, Colorado State University, Channel 7 news and <br />weather for water reports, and Central Colorado WCD (water education festivals, <br />etc.) <br />b) Discussion <br />i) All state agencies, in other states as well, are doing public outreach and there is a need to <br />disseminate the digital data as well <br />
