Improvements in the estimation of other water budget components are anticipated to result in
<br />improved estimates of native vegetation CU. This estimate can be further improved through the
<br />identification of the amount of phreatophytic species and non-irrigated crops as part of the GIS
<br />Land Classification sub-task. Estimates of changes in ground water storage along with estimates
<br />of other water budget components will also be improved as other SPDSS sub-tasks are
<br />completed.
