Water Supply Reserve Account -Grant Application Form <br />Foi~n Revised nla~ 2007 <br />Please surnrnarize the proposed scope of work. Please refer to Part 2 of the Criteria and Guidance document for <br />detailed requirements. On the follo~~-ing page there is an e~arnple format for the Scope of Work. You can use <br />the eiarnple format or ~-our o~~n format, provided that comparable iliformation is included. <br />The scope of work should outline by task how the water activit<- «-ill be accomplished. It is important that the <br />scope of work detail the specific steps, activities/procedures that will be followed to accomplish the water activit<- <br />and the specific products/deliverables that ~~-ill be accomplished. The scope of ~~-ork should include but not be <br />limited to: task description, key personnel. budget, schedule and deliverables and the final report/project <br />documentation upon completion of the water activity . <br />Taskl <br />Activit_<-: Contractor will review and update preliminan-reservoir design cost estnnates based on current <br />construction costs estimating practices. 1 ~hrs of engineering time ~ <<; $67/hr <br />Personnel: Re Johnson Civil engineer and registered land surveyor <br />Tune frame: June 2008 <br />Budget: $1000 Vermillion Ranch cash match money <br />Task2 <br />Activit_<-: Geotechnical Stt~dv <br />See attached detailed scope of work and personnel qualifications <br />Contractor ~~-ill conduct subsurface Eiplorations, Geotechnical Engineering Analysis and produce <br />a report. The report will describe work preformed, subsoil conditions encountered, and <br />recommendations. <br />Personnel; InBerg Miller Engineers <br />Tone frame: May 23 2008 Letter of Intent for Geotechnical services signed, <br />No contract signed for those services until fugal Grant approval by CWCB at <br />July CWCB Board meeting. No costs «-ill be incurred or funds eipended <br />August-September Contract for Geotechrucal sttidy after CWCB approval received, <br />and conduct scope of work <br />Budget: $16000 Basin Account/Water supply reserve account <br />See attached detailed scope of ~~-ork <br />Task 3 <br />Activity Contractor ~~ill incorporate recommendations from Geotechnical Studv_ and create Prelirninai-~- <br />feasibilit<- analysis report. 30hrs of engiiieerilig tone cc; $67/hr <br />Personnel: Re Johnson Civil Engineer and Registered Land Surveyor et al <br />Tune frame: October 2008 <br />Budget: $2000 Vermillion Ranch cash match <br />Suggested Format for Scope of Work <br />6 <br />
