The CRDSS Project Team <br />? <br />(RTi) is thoroughly familiar with the development, set-up, and operation of MODSIM. <br />3.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The water rights planning model to be included in the CRDSS must be flexible and should <br />demonstrate sufficient functionality with respect to the anticipated goals and objectives of the <br />CRDSS, including the ability to address various "what if" scenarios of water resource planning. <br />Based on the comprehensive review of the models and with consideration of the attributes and <br />deficiencies of the various models as identified in Task Memoranda 1.15-2 through 1.15-9, it is <br />concluded that the model MODSIM best meets the overall CRDSS objectives.
