Presentation by Arkansas Basin Roundtable. 2. Black Canyon Quantification Case #2001CW5 -Summary of Stipulated Decree. The Roundtable members will review and discuss the attached summary of the proposed settlement decree for the Black Canyon Reserved Water Right. 3. Consumptive &Non-consumptive Needs Assessments -Draft Needs Assessment Task Order. The Roundtable members will review the attached draft needs assessment task order. 4. Project Proposal -Phase III Engineering for Lake San Cristobal. The Roundtable members will review the application and project screening conunittee's recommendations for an application for SB 179 state funds to conduct Phase II engineering for the Lake San Cristobal project. 5. Funded Projects -Updates on Lake San Cristobal Market Analysis, NFRIA & Orchard City. 6. Letter from Eastern Slope Roundtables -Proposal to Utilize IBCC Processes. Chairman Pierce will brief the members regarding the consensus reached among the west slope roundtable chairs to utilize current IBC processes to accomplish the intent of the letter. 7. Meeting with South Platte & Metro Roundtables -August 4, 2008.
