SYSTEM OVERVIEW <br />Skyline Ditch collects water from the east sl ope of the Medicine Bow Mountains in the <br />headwaters of the Laramie River Basin and emptie s directly into Chambers Lake located just <br />inside the Cache la Poudre Basin.
