The Company has ownership of all the storage rights for <br />Riverside Reservoir, as shown in Table 4. <br />Direct Flow Rights <br />The water rights for storage use can be stored in Riverside Reservoir or Vancil Reservoir. The <br />January 1st, 1876 direct flow right for 22.0 cfs is on the Illinois Ditch, which receives direct flow <br />water from the Riverside Inlet Canal via the Riverside Ditch. The May 31st, 1907 direct flow <br />right is used to supplement irrigation supply in the System. <br />Riverside Irrigation System.doc Page 10 of 14 <br />
