1) Larimer and Weld High Mountain System <br />The Larimer and Weld High Mountain System includes the following structures: <br />• Wilson Supply Ditch (Structure ID 0304604) <br />• Worster Reservoir (aka Eaton Reservoir) (Structure ID 0303726) <br />Laramie Poudre Tunnel (Structure ID 0304600) <br />Wilson Supply Ditch and Worster Reservoir are owned by the Divide Reservoir and Canal <br />Company, and the Laramie Poudre Tunnel is owned by Windsor Reservoir and Canal Company. <br />Both companies are affiliates of the Larimer Weld Company. Wilson Supply Ditch is a <br />transmountain structure that diverts water from Water District 76, the Sand Creek basin, into the <br />North Fork Cache la Poudre basin. Worster Reservoir is located on Sheep Creek, a tributary to <br />the North Fork Cache la Poudre River. Laramie Poudre Tunnel, of which Windsor Reservoir <br />and Canal Company owns 33 percent, diverts water from the west branch of the Laramie River <br />(Water District 48) to the Cache la Poudre River. <br />Physical information for Laramie Poudre Tunnel and Wilson Supply Ditch is presented in the <br />transmountain structure specific memos prepared as part of SPDSS Task 4.
