The Consolidated Home Supply Ditch and Reservoir Company has been identified as a key structure for the South Platte Decision Support System (SPDSS) consumptive use and surface water modeling efforts. The purpose of this Task 5 memorandum is to document physical, legal, and operational aspects of those key structures identified.

C-BT water can be delivered directly to the Home Supply Ditch headgate. <br />Although the amount of transbasin water used under the system has dropped significantly in the <br />last thirty years, irrigators in the service area currently use about 4,000 C-BT units for irrigation <br />purposes. <br />Home Supply Ditch Operating Memorandum.doc 13 of 15 February 16, 2005 <br />
