However, this information should <br />not be relied upon in any legal proceeding. <br />SYSTEM OVERVIEW <br />The City of Greeley is located along the Cache la Poudre River above the confluence with the <br />South Platte River within Water Division 1, Water District 3. The City of Greeley has a varied <br />portfolio of water resources. The City has direct flow and storage rights in the Cache la Poudre <br />and Big Thompson River basins and is a participant in the Colorado Big Thompson (C-BT) and <br />Windy Gap projects, which provide water from the upper Colorado River basin for use within <br />the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (NCWCD).
