an elevation of approximately 17 feet (see area-capacity curve in Table 1). The New Ish Ditch <br />travels east and south of the reservoir and then easterly again to serve shareholders located along <br />various laterals toward Johnstown. Storage releases to the New Ish Ditch are measured in a 14- <br />foot Parshall flume below the outlet pipe.
