The,preferred alternative was selected based <br />on constructability, costs, reliability, ~educed impact to the environment, and provision for the <br />continued use of the asset (historic water yield). <br />5,2 LAND AND RIGHT-OF-WAY REQUIREMENTS <br />Brands will establish and easement right between themselves and the Knouth Reservair <br />Corporation for perpetual access to and use of the reservoir. The Knouth Reservoir Corporation <br />will own the embankment and inundation land upstream of the dam centerline axis. The <br />construction of the project will be performed on the lands owned by the Knouth Reservoir <br />Corporation.
