and summary data (*.sum) files are saved but the statistical data (*.sts) and the regressed <br />results with historical averages used to fill additional missing values (*.xbf) cannot be <br />saved. <br />Information regarding the independent series selection process is limited. The <br />coefficient of determination, r, is provided in the output file for each of the independent <br />gages selected by MSM. However, MSM selects an independent series based on the SEP <br />and only the average SEP of all of the selected independent gages is provided in the <br />output summary file. <br />Limited program documentation. Additional documentation and instruction on the use <br />and processes of the program would be helpful. <br />Results must be saved to an output file and viewed externally.
