Approach and Results -Document Changes in Basin Operations and
Administration
There have been a number of major changes in basin operations, management, and
administration in the South Platte River Basin during the past 100 years. Table 5
provides a summary of significant physical, legal, and administrative changes in the
South Platte River Basin. Table 5 was developed from reviewing data stored in
HydroBase, information developed for previous CRDSS modeling efforts, and
information collected during the SPDSS FS.
