Water District 26
260702TM
This stream flow location was created in the StateMod network to reflect imported "trans-
mountain" water to Saguache Creek in Water District 26. The stream flows are set to equal
the historical diversions of WDID 260702, TARBELL TM D. They are input to the tstool
DMI via the time-series file, 260702TMSTM.
08227000
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08227000, SAGUACHE CREEK NEAR SAGUACHE, CO.
The period of record for this gage is 1910-1998. No adjustments or data filling was
necessary for this location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows for this gage
directly from HydroBase.
WERNERNF
This stream flow location was created in the StateMod network to reflect a known flow at
the bottom of the Werner Aroyo, where live flows do not make it to Saguache Creek.
Therefore, the stream flows for this location are set to zero. They are input to the tstool
DMI via the time-series file, WERNERNF.STM.
Water District 27
08230500
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08230500, CARNERO CREEK NEAR LA GARITA, CO. The
period of record for this gage is 1919-1998. No adjustments or data filling was necessary for
this location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows for this gage directly from
HydroBase.
08231000
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at USGS gage 08231000, LA GARITA CREEK NEAR LA GARITA, CO.
The period of record for this gage is 1919-1998. The
tstool DMI therefore reads the historical flows for this location from the time-series file,
CBP_PROD.STM.
CBPALACO
This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed
stream flows at DWR gage CBPALACO, CLOSED BASIN PROJECT CANAL NEAR
ALAMOSA. The period of record for this gage is 1987-1995. Amore complete time series
was obtained directly from the Closed Basin Project than was available in HydroBase, and
was entered into atime-series (STM) file. The tstool DMI therefore reads the historical
flows for this gage from the time-series file, CBPALACO.STM.
C:Acdss\Task6-6.doc Prepare River System Files March 8, 2000 -Page 9 of 11
