08248500 <br />This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed <br />stream flows at USGS gage 08248500, SAN ANTONIO RIVER AT MOUTH, NEAR <br />MANASSA, CO. The period of record for this gage is 1923-1998. No adjustments or data <br />filling was necessary for this location, therefore the tstool DMI reads the historical flows for <br />this gage directly from HydroBase. <br />MCINTYRESPR <br />This stream flow location was created in the StateMod network to reflect estimated flows <br />from an ungaged tributary to the Conejos River, McIntyre Springs. The stream flows were <br />estimated based on historically observed flows by Division 3. They are input to the tstool <br />DMI via the time-series file, 200920TM.STM. <br />08249000 <br />This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed <br />stream flows at USGS gage 08249000, CONEJOS RIVER NEAR LASAUSES, CO. The <br />period of record for this gage is 1921-1996. No adjustments or data filling was necessary <br />for this location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows for this gage directly <br />from HydroBase. <br />Water District 24 <br />08250000 <br />This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed <br />stream flows at USGS gage 08250000, CULEBRA CREEK AT SAN LUIS, CO. The <br />period of record for this gage is 1927-1998. No adjustments or data filling was necessary for <br />this location, therefore, the tstool DMI reads the historical flows for this gage directly from <br />HydroBase. <br />08252500 <br />This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed <br />stream flows at USGS gage 08252500, COSTILLA CREEK ABOVE COSTILLA DAM, <br />NM. The period of record for this gage is 1937-1997, however winter month flows are <br />missing from the records. Monthly flow estimates for the missing time periods were <br />developed in tstool using logarithmic regression against the flows at USGS gage 08255500, <br />COSTILLA C NR COSTILLA, NM. Statistical measures of the regression results can be <br />viewed in Table 1 below and the tstool log file (ATTACHMENT 1). The historical flows <br />for gage 08255500 required slight modifications to fill the months of October-December of <br />1997 and are found in the file, 08255500.STM. The tstool DMI, therefore, reads the <br />historical flows for gage 08252500 directly from HydroBase and the flows for gage <br />08255500 from the time-series file 08255500.STM. <br />08253000 <br />This stream flow location in the StateMod network was created to reflect historical observed <br />stream flows at USGS gage 08253000, CASIAS CREEK NEAR COSTILLA, NM. The <br />period of record for this gage is 1937-1997, however, winter month flows are missing from <br />the records. Monthly flow estimates for the missing time periods were developed in tstool <br />using monthly logarithmic regression against the flows at the USGS gage 08255500, <br />COSTILLA C NR COSTILLA, NM.
