San Luis Creek <br />and all of its tributaries are located within the Closed Basin. Many of the small tributaries within <br />the District have only one or two diversion structures, and multiple structures on small creeks are <br />typically owned by a single individual or farm. Flows from the majority of these small tributaries <br />rarely, if ever, make it to the mainstem of San Luis Creek. <br />Stream Flow Measurement Points <br />There are several stream flow measurement points along San Luis Creek and tributaries within <br />District 25. The most significant measurement point is the USGS gauging station located on San <br />Luis Creek above Villa Grove (ID No. 8224113).
