RGDSS Ground Water Model <br />Data Release Notes <br />Description: <br />This download provides the baseline data sets and a report that documents the development and calibration of <br />the Phase 4 Rio Grande Decision Support System's ground water model of the San Luis Valley. The work <br />described in this report was funded by the State of Colorado, Colorado Water Conservation Board's <br />construction fund (HB98-1189 Section 9 and SB99-173 Section 5 as part of the Rio Grande Decision Support <br />System (RGDSS). <br />Installation: <br />Select the product from the web page. This will allow you to save aself-extracting executable file to your local <br />disk. <br />Save in a temporary directory. <br />From Windows Explorer (etc.) double click on the executable. It will uncompress. You will be prompted for a <br />location to store the application. It is strongly recommended you select c:. The default location for the <br />documentation will be stored under clcdssldatasetslrgdsslmodflow documentation while the default location for <br />data will be stored under c:lcdssldatasetslrgdsslmodflow. <br />To run the Application <br />• From a DOS window <br />• Change to a directory with data (e.g. for example 1 change to Icdssldatasetslrgdsslmodflow). <br />• Type Mf2k_RGDSS namefile; <br />o where namefile is S4AOOP13.nam for Steady State, A4AOOP13.nam for Average monthly, <br />M4AOOP13.nam for Monthly, etc. <br />
