Various direct flow rights have been decreed for Central's use for storage, recharge, <br />augmentation, and other uses, as summarized in Table 6. The Central GMS subdistrict is <br />constantly adding new replacement supplies to its portfolios. Well depletions (stored under plan IDs 9903334 A, 9903334 B, 9903334_C, 9903334_D, <br />9903334_E, and 9903334 F) should be replaced year-round by natural flows when in <br />priority, i.e., when no downstream call or when downstream call is junior to specific well <br />priority dates used in administration of the plan. <br />2.
