• Additional specific yield data should be collected to better characterize the
volume of water available from the aquifers. This should be focused generally
on the region to the east of the Front Range Urban Corridor.
• Additional data processing and analysis will need to be conducted on the aquifer
K and S data before groundwater modeling of the Denver Basin bedrock aquifers
occurs. Further processing of these data are anticipated under Phase 3 Tasks 48
and 50 to prepare input data sets for the alluvial groundwater modeling.
• The Robson (1983) aquifer storage coefficient contoured values should be used to
supplement the point data presented in this TM when modeling the bedrock
aquifers.
