Willow Creek Reclamation Committee
Windy Gulch Project Final Report
ANALYSIS OF TOPOGRAPHY
The low levee section was surveyed to verify that sufficient material was placed to raise
elevations at least three feet above the 100-year water surface elevations indicated by the Hec-
Ras model Following is a plot comparing the new levee topography with estimated water
surface elevations. The location of the new box culvert and channel cross section are also
indicated. The surveying confirmed that the entire length of the levee now has greater than a a-
foot freeboard above water surface elevations estimated fora 100-year flood.
8885
8884
8883
~ 8882
c
0
a~
w 8881
8880
8879
8878

New Topography

Levee New
ulve
Old Topography
Channel
Profile 10ft
DS of Culvert
100-Year Water Surface
Elevations from Model
XS4.7
XS4 XS4.3
0 20 40 60 80 100 120
