3. Comments and Concerns
High resolution (1:24K scale) NHD is currently available for all of the subbasins in the SPDSS study area
except one, the Upper North Platte (10180002) on the Colorado-Wyoming border. Only a very small
portion of the subbasin is within Colorado; however, there are three key diversion structures in this
subbasin. When the subbasin is completed RTi will update the DiversionLoc24k.dbf to include the
remaining three structures.
