Request for Administration of Instream Flow Rights
on the Roaring Fork River

On behalf of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, I hereby request the water officials of the State of
Colorado to administer in the priority system the Board's instream flow water rights on the following
segments of the Roaring Fork River to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree.
