Dan Crabtree acted as the project officer for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. The <br />Delta Soil Conservation District coordinated the completion of this project for the North Fork Water <br />Conservancy District. Robert Molacek acted as the project manager. Robert Molacek and Rebecca <br />Nichols were the primary authors of this document. <br /> <br />Several people contributed to this project. Project steering committee members were instrumental in <br />developing this plalil. Steering committee members included Merritt Denison, Paul Schmucker, and Tom <br />Alvey. A special thanks goes to Merritt Denison for providing a wealth of information. Rebecca Nichols, <br />with RHN Water Resources Consultants, performed the water rights research and assisted with developing <br /> <br />. <br />the water budgets. David Nicewicz and Keith Glaxner, with West Elk Land Surveying, conducted the field <br />survey used in developing the maps of the Fire Mountain Canal.
