1. Add a database maintenance task to the Phase IIb scope. As part of this task, add a subtask to
maintain the tables making up the station database as part of the historical database. If additional
data are found, the data can be populated into the database under this task.
2. When the displays for the time series information are updated, the remarks information should be
included with the new displays.
