3.A task memorandum describing and summarizing Task 1.09 activities and results.
In addition to this task memorandum, additional documentation on the database and database activities
has been produced. This information includes a revised CRDSS Database Design Document , the CRDSS
Users? Manual, and the CRDSS Developers? Manual.
3.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The following recommendations are made for consideration in the Phase IIb scoping process:
1. Add a database maintenance task to the Phase IIb scope. As part of this task, add a subtask to
maintain the user database. Allocate a man day at the beginning of the phase to bring the database
up to date and another man day near the end of the phase to update it again.
2. The current displays are adequate for use of the consultant team. As part of the scoping process at
the beginning of Phase IIb, examine whether additional capability needs to be added to this database
and associated utilities.
