Internal documentation will consist of a header section in front of each routine that
?
describes the routine features, history, and variable dictionary. Comments within code
sections will be concise yet complete so that persons other than the author of the code can
understand the code.
External documentation for routines will consist of UNIX man pages that follow a simple
?
and standardized format. Traditional sections will be used in the man pages. The man
pages will be installed in traditional UNIX man page directories and will be viewable using
man mosaic
the UNIX command and the program (if possible). Man pages will be printed
pman
using the utility developed by RTi.
4
A275 05.10.94 1.05-11 Malers
