The CU model has the flexibility of changing the various coefficients used to estimate <br />consumptive use for agricultural and other uses. There are options for changing livestock consumptive <br />use coefficients, reservoir evaporation characteristics, etc. Default values are used unless a user chooses <br />to modify these parameters. <br />Counties and Hydrological Units (HU) were broken up to include each combination of the intersection of <br />a county and an HU (County-HU units). Therefore, the consumptive use can be estimated for counties <br />and HUs.
