3.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The SCS Blaney-Criddle ET estimation method has been incorporated into a FORTRAN program as part
of the consumptive use model. Enhancements to the SCS Blaney-Criddle have been implemented in a
separate FORTRAN program, the Enhanced SCS Blaney-Criddle, which is described in Task
Memorandum 1.14-14.
