3.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The models described above were carefully evaluated, and some of the models were excluded mainly
because of problems with the ET methods chosen by the model, the availability of required data, and the
programming languages other than FORTRAN (C would be acceptable too). The consumptive use
models in Task Memorandum 1.14-5 are included in the short list. The short list models were evaluated
in more detail based on the same criteria outlined in Task Memorandum 1.14-3.
