The Census Bureau data was combined with DOLA data using TSTooI filling techniques to
<br />provide a base population data set for estimating water demands and consumptive uses in the
<br />SPDSS study area. As decennial Census Bureau data is the only population data available from
<br />1950 through 1960, linear interpolation in TSTooI was used to complete the population datasets
<br />from 1950 through 2006. Annual population data summarized every 10 years by county, water
<br />district and key municipality is shown in Table 1 and Figure 1. The Demand Rate is also
<br />included in Table 1 and discussed in the following section, Historical Municipal and Industrial
<br />Water Demands.
