Self-Supplied Industrial Water users <br />Self-supplied industrial demands (see Table 10 and Figure 6) should be modeled as a constant <br />over the period of operations specific to the industry: <br />• Power Plants -Year round <br />• Coors Brewery -Year round <br />• Ski Areas -December 1 to February 28 <br />• Outside CU rates should be estimated using the CU rates listed in Table 8. <br />Power plants and Coors Brewery return flows should be modeled using an immediate return flow <br />pattern at the location immediately downstream of the demand diversion. Snowmaking returns <br />should be accounted for during May and June (spring runoff) downstream of the diversions. <br />The recommended self-supplied industrial water user demand nodes maybe refined during the <br />modeling process or as more information is obtained by other SPDSS activities. <br />Task 66.2 Memorandum.doc Page 20 of 26 <br />
