<br />StateCU Graphical User Interface
<br />Above suggestions include the addition to the StateCU Fortran program of the ASCE
<br />Standardized P-M equation, the Pochop equation for lawn grass and an elevation adjustment
<br />factor to apply to the modified Blaney-Griddle method. Given the general use of the elevation
<br />adjustment and Pochop equations by consultants and Division of Water Resources staff, it is also
<br />recommended that these two strategies be incorporated into the StateCU graphical user interface.
<br />This memo will be refined and elaborated on as other consumptive use tasks (Tasks 59, 60, 61
<br />and 73) are performed.
