The Bottom line...

. Hot and dry until Wednesday with ~accelerated
snowmelt and some fire weather concerns
. Somewhat cooler the remainder of the week with a
chance of showers and thunderstorms.
. The best chance of precipitation for the Urban
Corridor will be late Friday through Saturday.
. "For the remainder of May...the upper trough remains
to our west with southwest flow. Conditions will be
generally dry...but thunderstorms east of the divide
will be subject to low level moisture and instability.
Snowmelt should accelerate again next week.
