APPROVAL. ACKNOVVLEDGEMENT AND RESCISSION ACTION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Castle Rock, Colorado, this 29th day of March 1999, that it does <br />hereby acknowledge the official status of the: Flood Hazard Boundary Map dated August 8, 1975, <br />for purposes of the National Flood Insurance Program, during the period from August 8, 1975 until <br />March 29, 1999, even though the Town of Dillon has never participated in the National Flood <br />Insurance Program, and that it does hereby rescind the storm or floodwater runoff channels or <br />basins dl~lineated in that Flood Hazard Boundary Map; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Colorado Water Conservation Board does hereby <br />designat1e and approve as storm or floodwater runoff channels or basins the stream and the reservoir <br />within the Town of Dillon, as listed in Tabl,~ 2, that are described by the approximate floodplain <br />information in said new report dated March 1.999, that meets the criteria set forth in the Rules and <br />Regulations, contingent upon the understanding that the Town of Dillon will regulate the <br />approximate floodplains on a case-by-case basis, subject to an approximate or detailed hydrologic <br />analysis, as appropriate, and subject to 1m approximate or detailed hydraulic analysis, as <br />appropriate, both analyses to be performed by a professional engineer and submitted by the <br />developt:r or development proponent; and <br /> <br />5 <br />
