Meeting participants invited include local, state, and federal officials and <br />private sector experts although anyone can attend. The meeting included weather <br />forecasts; flood outlooks, and new developments in local, state, and federal agency programs. The <br />Flood Task Force meeting minutes and presentations reside on the CWCB website located at <br />http://cwcb.state.co.us/flood watch/index.html. Snowpack on May I statewide was <br />99% of average and 146% of last year <br />. Snowpack on June I statewide was <br />72% of average and 313 % of last year <br />. Snowpack on June 1 in northern central <br />Colorado is generally less than 50% of <br />average but we still have above average <br />in southwest <br />.
