Sincere appre- <br />ciation goes to Dr. Herbert Grubb~ Mr. Robert Riggio and members of the <br />TDWR Weather and Climate section who managed the Texas HIPLEX program. <br />Many thanks go to Drs. Scoggins~ Huebner~ Driscoll and students at Texas <br />A&M University who collected and processed rawinsonde and radar data; <br />and Drs.
