QUIT CLAIM DEED

THIS DEED, made this 27th day of December, 2001, between THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, a Municipal Corporation, ofthe County of Larimer, State of Colorado ("Grantor"), and
the COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, an agency of the State of Colorado
("Grantee").

WITNESSETH:

That GrllIltor, for and in consideration of the sum ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, has remised,
released, sold, conveyed, and quit claimed, and by these presents does remise, release, sell, convey,
and quit claim unto Grantee, its successors, and assigns, forever, the following water rights decreed
in the District Court in and for the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, in Civil Action No. 11217,
all of which have! an appropriation date of December 31,1888:

I. Rockwell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No. I, in the volUllle of.6 cfs., which diverts from
the South Fork of the Cache LaPoudre River, a tributary of the Cache La Poudre River

2. RockWell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No.2, in the volume of 0.85 cfs., which diverts from
Little Beaver Creek and the North Fork of Little Beaver Creek, tributaries of the Cache La
Poudre River

3. Rockwell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No.3, in the volUllle of 1.34 cfs., which diverts from
Little Beaver Creek and the North Fork of Little Beaver Creek, tributaries of the Cache La
Poudre River

4. Rockwell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No.4, in the volume of 0.935 cfs., which diverts
from the North Fork of Little Beaver Creek, a tributary of the Cache La Poudre River

5. Rockwell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No.5, in the volurne of 0.975 cfs., which diverts
from the North Fork of Little Beaver Creek, a tributary of the Cache La Poudre River

6. Rockwell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No.6, in the volUllle of 1.25 cfs., which diverts from
the South Fork ofthe Cache La Poudre River.
