The Applicant will consult with the DOW and the CWCB before and during the <br />construction ofthe RICD structures to assure that the RICD construction will not injure the <br />natural environment that the ISF protects. <br /> <br />4. The Applicant will clarify in the decree that the Memorial Day and Labor Day Level II <br />flows will occur on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. In addition, the Applicant will <br />clarify in the decree that the Fourth of July Level II flows will occur as follows: 1) ifthe Fourth <br />of July is on a Thursday, the flows will occur on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday; 2) if <br />the Fourth of July is on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, then the flows will occur on <br />Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday; 3) if the Fourth of July is on a Tuesday, then the flows <br />will occur on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday; and, 4) if the Fourth of July is on a <br />Wednesday, then the holiday flows will occur only on Wednesday. <br /> <br />6 <br />
