<br />(I) POD and location of Reservoir: The Reservoir is
<br />located in portions of Section 6 and 7, T34N, R9W,
<br />N.M.P.M., and Sections 1,2.3.4,9,10,11,12, 2U
<br />and 3U, T34N, RI OW. N.M.P.M., and Section 36,
<br />T35N, RlOW, N.M.P.M. Inlet from the NE corner
<br />of Section 1, T34N, RlOW, bears N 80000' W,
<br />1,600 ft. The South abutment of the dam is located
<br />2,100 ft. from the SW corner of Section 7, T34N,
<br />R9W, on an angle 0[640 E ofN. The dam extends
<br />1,600 ft. across the streambed bearing 70 10' E ofN
<br />along the dam axis.
<br />
<br />(2) Capacity: 280,040 AF.
<br />
<br />(3) Source and means of diversion: By pump from the
<br />Animas River via the Durango Pumping Plant and
<br />Ridges Basin Inlet Conduit (see Paragraph
<br />6(a)(i)(c)). .
