Dr. Arlin Super of the <br />U.S. Burelau of Reclamation is acknowledged for his detailed planning and leadership in <br />overseeing the scientific aspects of the program. Thanks to Mr. Barry Saunders of <br />UDWR for his support of the program and to Mr. Clark Ogden for his role as the field <br />manager.. A special thanks to all of the UDWR technicians, who worked long hours to <br />ensure the equipment was operational when it was needed. <br />The contributions of DRI staff to the tasks documented in this report are greatfully <br />acknowleldged. In particular, thanks to Mr. Dick Smith for his support of the radiometer <br />task, especially the repair work needed in midseason, and to Mr. Paul Lage for his work <br />with the radar.
