No diversions prior to Mayor after JUly.

(3) Percolation loss frO'm study area in part reappears
as surfaoe returns, within study area.. creating
surfaoe outflows of small but constant amount through-
out remaining months of year. Other portions of
percolation loss probably return as invisible or sub-
surface (and unmeasured) outflow from Study Area.
