Research Aircraft Obsl!rvational and Meas\lLrement <br /> Program; <br />Section II. Precipitation Chemistry and Stable Isotope Pro~rram; <br />Section III. Ground-Based Precipitiltion Microphysics E'rograJI1; <br />Section IV. Meteorological Data Collection and Analyds; <br />Section V. Air Mass Characterization Program; <br />Section VI. Remote Sensing Progr~n, (using a vertical-pointinq <br /> Ka-band (0.86 em ~lvelenqth); and <br />Section VII. Management and Report:i.nq. <br /> <br />Durinq the second year of the contract, i!nd because of the Jrluch rE!duced <br />funding level available, the oriqinal Section I - Research ~J.rcraj:t Proqram <br />had to be eliminated and the Sections had to be renumbered aLS follows: <br /> <br />The Precipitation Chemistry alnd Stable Isotope PJ:~oqram <br />became a new Section I; <br />The Ka-Band Radar Proqram became Section II; <br />Sections III, IV and V remained the same, and <br />Manaqement and Reportinq be~De Section VI. <br /> <br />During the two-year period, technical reports were sublllitted for each <br />three months of the program, there beinq seven quarterly reports :Ln all <br />apart from this Pinal Report.
