SSP-3 is the preparatory onl-site study of the micorohysics and mesoscale structure
of clouds by aircraft, radar and other measuring systems. It should give the final answer to
the question if the Spanish site exhibits a good modification potential.

The operational strategy of SSP-3 will be discussed in Section 4.
