The author of each portion of the <br />report is identified, where appropriate, so that the reader may obtain addi- <br />tional information by personal communication, if he de sire s. <br /> <br />Because most of the discussions that follow refer to FY67 "Analysis <br />Periods", that is, prec ipitation periods during which data were gathered <br />and analyzed, Table I lists the pertinent features of each period for ready <br />reference. <br />
